마음 밭에 따라 결실이 다르다

마태복음 13:1~15		Matthew 13:1~15
1	그 날 예수께서 집에서 나가사 바닷가에 앉으시매	1	That same day Jesus went out of the house and sat by the lake.
2	큰 무리가 그에게로 모여 들거늘 예수께서 배에 올라가 앉으시고 온 무리는 해변에 서 있더니	2	Such large crowds gathered around him that he got into a boat and sat in it, while all the people stood on the shore.
3	예수께서 비유로 여러 가지를 그들에게 말씀하여 이르시되 씨를 뿌리는 자가 뿌리러 나가서	3	Then he told them many things in parables, saying: 'A farmer went out to sow his seed
4	뿌릴새 더러는 길 가에 떨어지매 새들이 와서 먹어버렸고	4	As he was scattering the seed, some fell along the path, and the birds came and ate it up.
5	더러는 흙이 얕은 돌밭에 떨어지매 흙이 깊지 아니하므로 곧 싹이 나오나	5	Some fell on rocky places, where it did not have much soil. It sprang up quickly, because the soil was shallow.
6	해가 돋은 후에 타서 뿌리가 없으므로 말랐고	6	But when the sun came up, the plants were scorched, and they withered because they had no root.
7	더러는 가시떨기 위에 떨어지매 가시가 자라서 기운을 막았고	7	Other seed fell among thorns, which grew up and choked the plants.
8	더러는 좋은 땅에 떨어지매 어떤 것은 백 배, 어떤 것은 육십 배, 어떤 것은 삼십 배의 결실을 하였느니라	8	Still other seed fell on good soil, where it produced a crop-a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.
9	귀 있는 자는 들으라 하시니라	9	He who has ears, let him hear.'
10	제자들이 예수께 나아와 이르되 어찌하여 그들에게 비유로 말씀하시나이까	10	The disciples came to him and asked, 'Why do you speak to the people in parables?'
11	대답하여 이르시되 천국의 비밀을 아는 것이 너희에게는 허락되었으나 그들에게는 아니되었나니	11	He replied, 'The knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of heaven has been given to you, but not to them.
12	무릇 있는 자는 받아 넉넉하게 되되 없는 자는 그 있는 것도 빼앗기리라	12	Whoever has will be given more, and he will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him.
13	그러므로 내가 그들에게 비유로 말하는 것은 그들이 보아도 보지 못하며 들어도 듣지 못하며 깨닫지 못함이니라	13	This is why I speak to them in parables: 'Though seeing, they do not see; though hearing, they do not hear or understand.
14	이사야의 예언이 그들에게 이루어졌으니 일렀으되 너희가 듣기는 들어도 깨닫지 못할 것이요 보기는 보아도 알지 못하리라	14	In them is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah: " 'You will be ever hearing but never understanding; you will be ever seeing but never perceiving.
15	이 백성들의 마음이 완악하여져서 그 귀는 듣기에 둔하고 눈은 감았으니 이는 눈으로 보고 귀로 듣고 마음으로 깨달아 돌이켜 내게 고침을 받을까 두려워함이라 하였느니라	15	For this people's heart has become calloused; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts and turn, and I would heal them.'

온 무리는 해변에 서 있더니(2절) 곡선의 해안가는 예수님의 음성을 많은 청중들에게 전달하기에 적절한 장소였음

많은 이들을 가르치시기 위해 배에 올라가 앉으신 후 예수님께서는 해변에 선 큰 무리를 향해 ‘씨 뿌리는 자’의 비유를 말씀하십니다. 밭에 씨를 뿌리는 일은 그들에게 친숙한 설정입니다. 그러나 사람들이 그 의미를 이해하기는 쉽지 않았습니다. 예수님께서 비유로 ‘천국의 비밀’을 말씀하신 이유는 ‘있는 자’와 ‘없는 자’를 구분하시기 위함입니다(12절). 하나님 나라의 복음을 받아들인 자는 비유를 깨달을 뿐만 아니라 더 풍성하게 누리게 되지만, 받아들이지 않은 자는 있는 것까지 빼앗길 것입니다. 예수님께서는 이를 통해 이사야의 예언(사 6:9~10)을 이루십니다. 이사야 선지자 당시의 이스라엘 백성은 선지자들이 아무리 하나님의 말씀을 전해도 들으려 하지 않는 완악한 마음을 갖고 있었습니다. 그들은 진리를 전하면 전할수록 오히려 마음을 닫고 선지자들을 핍박했습니다. 예수님께서는 이들이 바로 선지자들을 핍박했던 당시 백성과 같은 상태에 있다고 말씀하시는 것입니다. 나는 말씀을 들을 때 어떤 마음과 태도로 임합니까?
